Ave. building (the oldest building in Rochester) and is approximately 1,858 sq. ft. of dining and kitchen with an additional 1,380 sq. ft. in the lower level for a 10’X10’ walk-in cooler, 8’X8’ walk-in freezer, with a ton of storage space. The dining room is set up buffet style with hot/cold tables for fast service but is plumbed for a full bar with an available liquor license. Neighbors include the Mayo Clinic, Kahler Hotel, Chesters, Well Fargo, and Chateau Theater.

Peace Plaza has events all year long; for example, they have a Social Ice event in February. This unique event has themed ice bars, carved ice sculptures on display, and live music. Fresh Air Fitness (fitness classes) every Saturday day and Sidewalk Sessions (local and regional musicians) every Tuesday night in May through September.

 ASKING PRICE: The seller is asking $250,000 for the furniture, fixtures, equipment, décor, and recent build-out. This would be a sub-lease. The seller is willing to finance a portion of the deal to a qualified buyer. $100,000 down seller to finance the $150,000.  The seller will stay flexible on terms and conditions with a qualified buyer. Base rent is $11,000 plus utilities. The seller is willing to help with the base rent for the first year as well.
