This listing is a Laundromat based in a North East Suburb of St. Paul.  This Laundromat is being run unattended, with automatic locks for opening and closing.  Another tenant in the building cleans the store for free in exchange for a small section of the Laundromats footprint which used to be used by the laundromat for additional services.  This is a large Laundromat, and some machines are out of order.  They have not been fixed yet because there are plenty of machines to support current demand.  A new buyer could and should utilize the size of the Laundromat and obtain commercial laundry accounts as well as restart the wash and fold service offered by previous owners.
