About Rick Willard

Rick joined OIB after a 34-year record of success in the corporate mobility and relocation mortgage finance industries. After growing up around the Kansas City area and completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Kansas, he moved to Southern California.  During his 17 years there, he worked directly with thousands of transferring families, relocating at the request of their employers.  Rick also worked directly with dozens of Fortune 500 program administrators in the Pacific, Southwest, and Mountain West regions across a wide variety of industries. Rick and his family relocated to Colorado in 2007, continuing his role as a business development and relationship owner for Wells Fargo.  Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about addressing the needs of his clients and customers.  He also served on the board of directors of two different regional trade organizations, including roles as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and other key positions to help those organizations grow exponentially. Today, Rick resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Marcy, and sons Brad and Brian, both students at Colorado State University.
