Owner-is the only employee. He is 82 years old and ready to retire. He buys from manufacturers in the U. S. and Canada, and sells to customers across the U. S. He leases about 1500 square feet-office warehouse, month to month. The business can be moved.

His competitive advantage is he can customize size and color. Included in the sales is cutting equipment and other equipment for customization. Also included in the sale is $40,000 in inventory, mostly finished product.
