Nationwide, the personal and home care aides
classification is expected to grow by more than 50 percent
between 2006 and 2016, increasing from 767,000 to a
projected 1.15 million jobs.

Protected Territory.
Your territory will be protected and is based on the number of seniors 65
years of age and older. If you purchase a unit franchise, your territory will be
protected and consist of a minimum of 25,000 seniors 65 years of age or
older. If you purchase a Master Franchise, your territory will be protected and
consist of a minimum of 250,000 seniors 65 years of age or older. Master
Franchises can be metropolitan areas, counties, an entire state or even
multiple states.

How much is the franchise fee?
Our franchise fee is $39,500 with ongoing royalty of 6% of gross revenue.

The Master Franchise fee is determined by the number of seniors 65 years of
age or older in the territory. The fee is $0.30 per senior with a minimum of
250,000 seniors in a territory.
